All my face-to-face contact with them have been good, they are polite and answer all my questions. If it wasn't for the police officer that was there today, he was polite to me, but as soon as i left he call me short to his friend that worked there, now I think that was rude on his end, to talk behind my back like that. And beside the waiting time, i would give it a 5 star.

Disgraceful!! Just received my FIRST notice of a tax lien from 2015, it’s 2018!! Tax, penalty, Interest, and court costs! Why didn’t you just send the bill in a timely manner, it wasn’t even that much originally. Good luck getting someone on the phone!

If the address was not updated previous with the employer it will go to the address on file. You should be able to call your employer HR department and ask them once the w2 is retured to have it sent to the new address.
