Well these guys acted like they knew what was going on and the only reason I was going to use them was because of a previous contractor that was supposed to be working together with them. Now as for this company they did not show up to the project early it was always late and then didn't stay late either most of the time left around 4pm. The work was absolutely horrific, they nailed down subfloor and didn't even go all the way down to joists so the subfloor had nothing to hold onto. Also, was told that the subfloor under my bathtub would get fixed as it was rotting away, that never happened considering that the project manager told me that I should keep my tub which was making the wood worse because one of the claws was digging into the wood. On that note I noticed not long after I asked about the subfloor under my tub being fixed the room right next door to the bathroom was completely open due to having walls gutted out because of water damage was then closed off with the new sheet rock and asked about the flooring under the tub numerous times and was told each time it was fixed even have texts about the situation and sent this to an office manager and never heard anything back. Was told numerous times by project manager that my project was being expedited for several months. Found beer cans under the house inside a wall and out in the big dumpster. They do not communicate well at the office either I send numerous emails and leave messages and never receive responses back and if I do it's weeks later. Very unsatisfied with the work of this company would never recommend to anyone.

I was a resident at woodspring suites orchard park dr Greenville sc and we had a problem and within 2 hrs it was all dry and no water anywhere the guys were amazing
