The times are all messed up. And i arrived a little bit before 5pm door open sign still on. Online says close at 6. I always come to this store. They could've let me purchase the 1 only item i needed. They didn't want to service me remind you its not yet 5. They could've took me. Knowing that there information was Not my fault and me being a loyal customer. No sit not today. Didn't try to resolve or satisfy the customer. You guys failed. And totally lost a loyal customer. I will not be coming nomore. The effort was 0. Them getting off at 5 was there focus.not focusing on the customer . Killed my spirit today'

They always have what I need. Any time I can't find something at my local grocery, and don't want to give Amazon money, I call Natural Food Shop, and they have what I'm looking for literally 100% of the time. The energy in there is always very welcoming and pleasant, and I am very grateful for the people that work there. They are the real heroes! Great prices, great selection, great atmosphere! Oh, and they have a stamp card so you get a discount every $100 spent.

They have the bulk root by the ounce for sure. They could probably special order the oil if they don't have it. They do have multiple different products for quitting smoking as well....worth checking out!
