Another dealer low balling on trades. $3k under KBB trade in value and this guy really hit me with the "KBB isn't cutting the check for your vehicle". We don't need to deal with dealerships like this. Hold them accountable and they will either change their ways, or go out of business. I'll take my business to the dealers not trying to hose people. Response to Dealership: my truck is in like new condition with only 13k miles 90% of which from highway cruising. I told your salesman this but he didn't care. He told me KBB isn't buying my car. That's how you're doing business.

You have to ask the dealership. My experiences with Critz is that they are alot more reasonable than other MB dealerships
