My 11 year old son and I went into purchase his first fishing rod. We asked for assistance choosing as we don’t know the first thing about fishing. Richard the assistance manager in fishing came to help us. He was amazing, he took time to help my son choose and showed him how to use it. I think it could be the best customer service we have ever experienced. Richard definitely has a passion for fishing and is brilliant at talking and listening to 11 year olds. We bought a rod and some additional pieces. My son went to camp and it was perfect, he also won an award that week for most improved in fishing. We can’t thank you enough.

I went to DSG for one item - shin guards, because my son had a game early the next morning and his were left as school. The Aaron was so helpful and polite, I ended up purchasing much more than I intended. Some how, in all the shopping the one item I came for ended up left on one of the shelves. We reached home and noticed the shin guards were missing. Called the store at almost closing time and they, the manager and Aaron saved the day and made sure my son would play in his final soccer game of the season. The crew went out of their way to search for the misplaced shin guards and were even willing to stay a bit after close to ensure I could purchase the shin guards that evening. They didn't have to do all this, but they did, Aaron, the manager and Araybian. There is so much more to this story, but doing my best to keep it brief. It's difficult because, I really appreciate the over and beyond great customer service I received. There are two DSG stores that I could have gone to, both quite an equal distance from my home. I am most glad we chose the Savannah, GA location. Thank you, to Aaron and the rest of the staff, including the manager (please forgive me for not remembering your name) for being so attentive to my son and myself, helping out immediately to address our needs and having such a great attitude. When we walked in the store we set out to spend approximately $30 and walked out spending over $570. My son and I really appreciate ALL the work you did.

No, their selection is really small, especially if you need steel toe.
Should be open . very cool place to shop .
They have several Daiwa or Penn reels, not sure about Okuma. Bass Pro has all three brands. As for the exact model, I believe you will have to call or go the store.
