Room was nasty! I have stayed at this property many times over the years but unfortunately this will be my last stay. It is clear that the housekeeping staff aren't cleaning the rooms thoroughly and there is no one to check behind them. The carpet is nasty, and the sofa is filthy. There are obvious stains all over the sofa and I guess no one can take the time to clean it. I turned the cushions over and placed a white sheet over the sofa because I refused to sit on it. There is obvious debris around the bed where the room has not been vacuumed properly and I found a fork underneath the nightstand. I refuse to walk barefoot on this carpet and will be wearing flip flops all weekend. It is a shame that this property is this unkept following a pandemic. The housekeeping staff can make or break a property and it is clear their staff is lackluster at best. They couldn't even fill the body wash dispenser, but I bet they will find time to stop and eat the breakfast that we paid for tomorrow morning. Also the ice machine wasn't working on the 2nd or 3rd floors. The photos were taken right after check-in. Hilton here I come!

I really like the room is very comfortable absolutely fantastic great location staff is really helpful the only thing that I really don't like is the standing shower, one there is no tub it's a shower, too there is no place to rest the foot to clean the leg and shower space they is too small.

Extremely friendly, helpful staff and a great hot breakfast. Bedding and pillows are old and worn beyond their service. My room had large, concerning stains on the sofa and the room in general looked very tired. The layout of the rooms is nice. The gym is small but with new equipment and well maintained. The indoor pool and hot tub were very dirty. I stayed a week here while working night shift; if you’re not on a regular sleep schedule - this hotel is very quiet and the walls are dense. The blackout curtain leaves a lot to be desired, even with me stuffing towels into the bottom of the drape to hold it in place, the room would not get dark.

It's been awhile since I stayed here but I still love the service. The lounge area is nice and clean. And the rooms are always on point. And its close to all the dine in restaurants. So you don't have to drive far at all. Great location.
