Terrible Job! My truck still was dirty. I had to go vacuum it myself. Call the manager which was a female. She didn't even apologize or anything. Paid $40 for what. I will definitely not be coming back.

So I called up to the car wash and told them that I was desperate for my car to be cleaned and they closed at 5:30 ...this was 415. I said I’d be there in 30 minutes I got there and they decided to close early the guy says sorry owner told us to shut down. Very unprofessional. So I have been back since this instance and they have been much better. I am changing my 1 star review to a 4 star! There were still some issues, but over all much much better

I bought a $100 coupon book for Xmas; I go to use one today and the girl that takes them says no vacumes because of problems with the vacume system. The guy who drove my car into wash said vacume system is fine, but they are understaffed. Just tell me the truth please! So I only get external wash even though I paid for internal and external.

We come here regularly to have both our car and truck washed. We always get the Fire and Ice package, which is on sale on Sunday's. Can be busy so sometimes there is a bit of a wait but the line moves pretty quickly. They do a decent job in getting the car cleaned and vacuuming the inside / wiping the windows etc. Sometimes if they are rushing they will leave marks on the dash or not clean the windows all the way ... nothing too major but noticeable none the less. However majority of the time they do a pretty good job!
