Big disappointment! Ordered food online for delivery for a business meeting. 1 of the orders were missing from the delivery and there is no quick way to reach anyone to correct the issue. This happens very frequently.

What time does the restaurant close? Does it close at 9:47-9:50 because we that is what time they lock the doors. It is inconsiderate of customers. If you close at 10pm CLOSE at 10pm. P.S. I am a TRUE Chipotle regular. So to come at exactly 9:50 to locked doors after rushing to get here is truly disappointing.

I have been to this Chipotle over 20 times in the last couple of years of living here. Not sure where the issue is originating from but this chipotle does not compare to the rest. I would say 9 times out of 10 I opt in to drive the extra 2 miles to go to the location off belt line and Marsh. I have lived in Denver, San Antonio, Fayetteville, Houston, downtown Dallas and out of all the places I lived this is the worst location. I think ultimately this falls down to the manager level. They are not hiring employees that hold the true standard that chipotle brings. People get excited to eat chipotle, I get excited to eat chipotle, but when I go to this location I might as well just go to Taco Bell. Please take this note seriously, something needs to change.

I eat here at least once a week because the food is consistently good. I like to order in the app and my food is ready when I arrive. This location is convenient for me and is clean. I’ve had both their vegetarian options and also the chicken and both are equally as good. I usually get a burrito bowl, but sometimes I’ll have a burrito or even the tacos. All of their food options are good.
