Ordered a burrito. The flour tortilla was like rubber. The steak had a lot of gristle in it. The customer service was terrible. Employees goofing off and ignoring the customers. Pick somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Cold food!! Team members needs to be retrained on customer service….please let Chick Fil A show y’all how customers should be treated!

Similar to Chipotle. They make the burrito and salads inn front of you. Nice selection of toppings and fillings. I got a veggie burrito. There was a lack of salt in all the ingredients which is dinner with me. Even the child were not salty. Serving size was nice and price was reasonable. The server yourself Dallas bar was closed and they had the salsa in little cups. I will come back on my next layover.

Shoutout to the closing crew tonight. Came in right at closing time, all the meat was sold out, so I just asked if they could scrape all the empty metal bins of meat into a bowl and clean them out. They were more than happy to and fixed me up a great hodgepodge bowl. Positive attitudes and joking around is great to see in today’s stressed restaurant environment. Thank you!
