First off, I ordered through Uber so part of the abhorrent service but I will rate Uber separately (although this wasn’t an option once I closed the app—he would have gotten a 1 star). I don’t provide poor ratings—too many people out there who do that. But, I’m making an exception today. (The 2 burritos, and burrito bowl $47 after the tip, delivery, tax, etc) The burritos were minimal and poorly wrapped. The tortillas were hard. And I normally love Chipotle…but not today. No utensils, napkins, etc. there was a bowl in this order! Nothing. Good service is hard to find—Chipotles location here did not disappoint in that area—just awful. Do not recommend.

Was disappointed in the reduction of service for each portion. Rice and beans were about half of what they used to be. I ordered carnitas and it wasn't enough to layer the bowl. What ever you do, do not buy a large bag of chips. It is a complete rip off. The first photo shows the bag. The second shows how much chips are in the bag. The staff was very kind. The store was clean except for the trash at the front door. Bathrooms clean.

My husband and I took our 5yo to our first PTA fundraiser here tonight. The staff working tonight are AMAZING! They delivered delicious food and exemplary service despite the mad rush and noise levels on par with a raucous nightclub. Everyone was friendly and professional and I have nothing but admiration for this team!

I remember the days when chipotle was all about customer service and a clean line. Today you’re lucky if the workers greet you. Food quality is the same but service is terrible. Line is dirty and screams cross contamination. Portions keep getting smaller and smaller and don’t you dare ask for a little extra because you will not leave without getting charged extra! It’s a shame that what used to be such a great place going down fast!

Hmm, must be a mistake they made about leaving it out for a while or the courier delivery the order (ie Dasher or postmate) didn't store it in the hot bag provided. Note: this is a guess as to what mostly likely happened as I can't be absolutely sure of what how that happened exactly.
