Honestly one star is too much you’re better off WHERE-EVER you are !! The roach infestation is alarming. I haven’t even moved any of my belongings into the unit because I’m terrified . I’ve never been in such a situation and definitely didn’t expect it in Lewisville how naïve of me

The roaches infestation is alarming. The apartment management keep charging you monthly for pest control. But the pest control team and their techniques don’t work. Roaches everywhere. It’s major setback. I will never recommend this apartment to anybody. Don’t bother inquiring about the apartments if you hate roaches. These roaches will invade you and bring you health concerns like it did with me. 1/20/22 It’s been 7 days since I dropped a review in here with respect to the roaches infestation in the apartment.The lease company representative dropped a response here saying I will be contacted( A generic response to negative reviews). I was never contacted and it’s been days and more. This is exactly how they treat their tenants. I will come back here and update on this situation as it unfolds . Just so pple don’t fall into the situation of the roaches infestation in the apartments and the nonchalant attitude of the management.

I have a review for these apartments. I lived here for 4 years. I would not have stayed here if it was unsafe or bad apartments. I did not have a roach problem and I have had 2 different apartments here. I lived in #203 and it was the best spot in the complex. I do have to say that the air conditioning is awesome there! I have moved because I’m trying to buy a house. I have NO complaints on The Glen, the new management is great as well. I also become friends with the maintenance and we love and miss them. I hope others see this review, I have memories and good people are at The Glen!

My lease personally is about to expire this month to start off. I moved here last year, I wasnt expecting much, moved from luxury apartments owned by W3 luxury living. I loved all the children they were very nice to my daughter. There were times when they didnt get along but that's okay. I do wish they would put a basketball court a lot of kids are always playing improvised basketball, and a newer park would be nice. Over all it's a great place, we did have a pest problem once but me and my mother worked it out and we have no problems anymore. It was great living here and I will miss it, i loved hanging out by the waterfall by the main office. But the only problem I did encounter, was the maintenance staff constantly cursing loudly and smoking, my daughter always heard the things they would say on the way home from picking her up. I also had an encounter were the police was called because the bus driver left my daughter in the office and I arrived late around 30 minutes after. I do wish the office staff could have been nicer about it. Aside from that everything was great, I did lose my phone once but my neighbor found it and handed it to the office and was eventually returned to me which i was grateful for. Thank you for everything.
