DISGUSTING!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE LACK OF RESPECT FOR MY BUSINESS AND THE DISORGANIZATION ARE UNACCEPTABLE!! Everything is going to self service. There is no class to take to understand this process and the employees don't have the desire or the time to help. Bad attitudes and new systems in place DO NOT SUPPORT business needs. I was told that I needed 3-5 business days to get a job done, though I needed it sooner! A $700 job!! One of the employees tried to help, but in the midst of rushing, she destroyed a ream of paper. I AM HAPPY THAT HAPPENED!! I LEFT AND FOUND ANOTHER PRINT SHOP THAT DID 100 TIMES BETTER QUALITY AND CHARGED ME $260 FOR THE SAME JOB, OFFICE DEPOT WANTED TO CHARGE ME $700. I'M DONE, AND NEVER RETURNING, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TO OFFICE DEPOT!!! Customer service can never be comprimised in business. WHEN YOU DO - IT MEANS YOU DO NOT WANT MY BUSINESS. OFFICE DEPOT HAS LOST A CORPORATE CLIENT. BIG BUSINESS IS NOT BIG BUSINESS!!!!

Office Depot isn't a tech support shop. You'd need to visit Best Buy at worst (they're pricey). But if you run into this issue again, you need to ask a friend or coworker to help you create a boot disk. There's a program called Rufus that lets you do this for free. It's a portable .exe file that you can store on a USB. You can turn a dedicated USB into a boot disk. Most computers will recognize it. If not, you need a real IT person.
