This place smells so unsanitary. The carpet is so old it smells like mold,smoke and dead skin cells. I think if they got rid of the carpet it would help allot. It definitely needs allot of interior and exterior work done desperately. Pool was locked and closed. But the entrance doors always stayed open and unlocked so anyone can walk in.

The hotel smells the carpets need to be pulled up and replaced it stinks badly...theres no windows to open its always stuffy...housekeeping will get mad when you dont let them in those women ate very nosey...kids running around making noises and that small pool area is never open...no coffee machine or nothing o can go on but i barely want ro write this...elevator sucks as well and oce machine is way back in a wall...and like i said it stinks mold nd roaches ugh...

Customer service and front desk are very unprofessional and rude as hell. They will give someone else your room without notifying you. The front desk lady didn't care to hear what I had to say. I paid for 2 days and they told me to talk with customer service for a refund etc. They don't care about who stays at their hotel they just care for the money. I would not recommend staying here. 1 night stay cost $75

Tv hasn’t worked since since I walk in two days ago. I have trouble walking and when requested down stair man seemed bother by my question. I asked him how to get to the room he would just say up stair mama. I said yes sir where tho. Again his response was upstairs with attitude… I walk in tv doesn’t work I call several time down stairs no one picks up and I can’t go back down because I’m too much pain from moving. Next day wash clothes 2 bucks to wash. just to come down to find my clothes sitting in hot water when I put cold and now machine reading error.. I ring clothes out went to kindly report my issue and lady laughs and tells me nothing can be done till tomorrow…I then tell her 2 nights no tv but I have to pay full price, I don’t think that’s funny and it could be something as simple as changing batteries ( again her response was for me to wait yet another day) I then say ok well the washer issue could be as easy as giving me my refund she said again u have to wait…. Bad customer service and no Resolution to any issues that she brought to their attention
