I can’t get hold of anyone on the phone at this location. I mailed a large box from Camden post office to Connecticut, it arrived to this facility that same day and nothing after that. It’s been 2 weeks, Camden post office is telling me to call this facility and I literally called about 30 times and no one is answering. I guess I will have to drive 1,5 hours just to talk to someone.

Had about 8 people in front of me during lunch time. Workers churned us through quickly. Overall really good experience and mailed out what I needed to without any issues.

How do I leave negative stars. I was the 7th person in line at 4:10 I didn't leave till 4:47. Worst one yet. 1 person working slow as can be with an attitude another stamping papers trying to look busy while we are 20 people stand behind me in line and a 3rd person complaining about how she can't stay she has somewhere to be at 5pm but proceeds to stand and talk to the stamper right in front of everyone past the time I left. Horrible attitudes, worst post office.

IS THIS PLACE IN BUSINESS?? I GAVE THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ZERO. FOR THE PAST YEAR MAIL SERVICE IN MY AREA HAS BEEN "REDICULOUS." WE HAVE DAYS WHEN WE DON'T EVEN GET MAIL. AS I WRITE THIS REVIEW, THE LAST TIME WE GOT MAIL WAS SATURDAY, SEPT. 3, 2022. IT IS NOW 8:54 PM, AND THE MAIL IS JUST GOING UP THE ST. THERE ARE DAYS WHEN THE MAIL TRUCK SPEED UP THE STREET, SPEED BACK DOWN THE STREET, AND DON'T STOP TO PUT MAIL IN, OR TAKE MAIL OUT OUR BOXES. WE AVERAGE NO MAIL SERVICE AT LEAST ONCE EVERY WEEK. I'VE GONE TO THE POST OFFICE AND COMPLAINED BEFORE. SERVICE GOT A LIL BETTER, BUT NOW IT'S WORST THAN BEFORE. WENT TO TALK WITH THE POSTMASTER TODAY AND... THE POST OFFICE WAS CLOSED BECAUSE THE SYSTEM WAS OUT OF ORDER. I LIVE IN NORTH COLUMBIA, OFF FARROW RD. MAIL SERVICE IN OUR AREA IS HORRIBLE. I'VE LIVED IN MY HOME FOR 30 YEARS. WE'VE HAD VERY GOOD MAIL CARRIERS. BUT, IN THE PAST YEAR WE'VE HAD 3 CARRIERS, WHO LEARNED THE ROUTE, BUT, WERE TAKEN OFF THE ROUTE. I KNOW THE USPS DON'T CARE ABOUT MY NEIGHBORHOOD, BUT, I FEEL A RELIEF SHARING A REVIEW ABOUT THE SERVICE WE CITIZENS DESERVE, BUT DO NOT GET.

We usually place packages in front of the door or leave it at the office. It may have been too large to carry up the stairs but you can go to the station your mail comes out of and speak to a supv.

Unfortunately everything is automated nowadays.
Best bet is just drive up there. Plus I heard that the city of Columbia is supposed to be buying some of the property from the USPS on assembly street. They only give a 800 number on their website.
