I was supposed to get 2 packages today (10/12) and the postal person indicated on Amazon site they were unable to enter building. The crazy thing is the apartment buildings don't have doors so obviously he/she went to the rental office opposed to the apartment number given on the package

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced at a post office...and that bar is on the ground. I brought in many letters to be mailed and was asked to step aside so she can help other people while helping me as well. Ending up doubling the time I spent in the post office. Bc I have no where else to be in this world beside an old, run down post office in Columbia, SC.

1.7 is your ratting and corporate does nothing about it? I don’t dislike USPS at all. Just my experience last week was unsettling because my mail delivery said they tried to deliver the package but they didn’t because it was very heavy. So I went the the office to retrieve my package and I had to ring the bell at least 5xs behold someone appeared with an attitude. Im not sure why I have deal with that when they could’ve just delivered my package properly. Not only that I basically had to go into the door to get my package.

Moved here a few months ago. I have had almost all of my packages misplaces or los. I requested an investigation online and was not contacted. I Went there to ask about my missing package and was directed to go online. I told them I had already done that and they said it was nothing they could do. USPS customer service rep told me reach out to my local office again. The lady at the blue door for package pickup was rude, snatched the pen and paper from me then slammed the door. They claimed that their manager was out and they did not know when he would be back.
