10/18/22 Update: The staff is still friendly and welcoming. Yes, the gym still gets busy, but not an as big of an issue as having 3 of 4 stair machines consistently broken ever since you've been a member. I joined to get access to these machines and its always a hassle to be in line for someone every single time. Please repair or replace them! Three stars till then. Sorry. Original review: Recently been visiting this location. Staff is always friendly. I think the only issue is that it gets really packed here. No free space area and you have to wait for machines to open up sometimes. Overall, it gets the job done.

Pros: -less busy than other locations I’ve been to -Friendly staff that are great at greeting and cleaning the areas Cons: -About half the size of the Plano location -I don’t ever use gym showers, but old, janky broken benches in the shower area -The knob you pull (to adjust the height) on all but one or two of the cable machines is missing. (Just the small metal peg that’s underneath the knob remains, making it more difficult to adjust)

You don't have to fight to get a workout in, no matter how many people are in there. The weight room is out in the open with everything else, but there are enough weights to go around and it doesn't feel crowded.
