I do not recommend their services. I've been going to this location for years and the service is consistently slow because the lobby is always crowded. They have a self-service machine, but it will not accurately register your package. The staff generally fits into the typical stereotype for this type of work, and you can never understand them between the face mask, plexi-glass shield, ambient noise, distance over the counter, and generally monotonous enthusiasm for their job. I kept going here out of convenience, but I recommend you go to a different location.

My packages are constantly being listed as being delivered when they have not been. The most recent one being yesterday. I have a ring doorbell. No one was recorded at my door at the time it is stated the package was delivered. this has happened numerous times. In the last 2 weeks, I have had 3 packages be out for delivery and then apparently disappear into thin air as they are then listed as "running late", which means they are never going to show up. The postal worker is not paying attention to "drive", "place", etc. I am now looking for all of my kid's school clothes and supplies. I have tried to call this location, the number rings and then goes to busy. No one ever picks up. I have called the 800 number, wait time is never any less than 45 minutes. Several of my neighbors have the exact same complaints and experiences.

It's pretty bad when the post office don't want to deliver your packages an instead leaves a note in your mailbox saying you have a package to pick up at the post office. If your not going to do your job why are you a mailman.
