They gave me a very used car that was already smoked in with burn holes in the seats and charged me a $200 cleaning fee because it looked like the car had been smoked in. I would definitely recommend trying a different location if you don’t want to be falsely accused.

From the moment we arrived, Thomas Dalton, Assistant Manager, got us checked in quickly and on the road for our vacation in just the right vehicle. We had a small non-serious accident and our experience when we returned was again handled by Thomas, and was smooth and easy. We will definitely continue using this branch of Enterprise and we would recommend it highly.

Usually a great place not this time. My car is being worked on by Dock Smith Nissan and usually waiting. This time they made me wait almost 1 hr and demanded a deposit even though progressive is paying. From now on rent from Dock Smith Fernandina Rd.

Great professionalism and very helpful. It's frustrating renting a vehicle due to an insurance claim, but the courtesy and mannerisms the manager, Andy displayed was the best. I finally found the right Enterprise to conduct business with. Thanks for the great service. I highly recommend this location.

Not actually. However there is a target behind this location and that's where we usually leave our car. Never had any issues.
Yes. For a rental where you are paying the balance of the rental there is a $200 refundable deposit.
They can't promise a specific car, as there may be a limited number of that type of vehicle or recall involving that vehicle. However if you give a few days notice about a specific car they make the effort to get it for you.
