I wanted to see what my Jeeps value would be on Kelley Blue Book and did the "cash offer" option. I was unaware that this would send dealerships my Jeep and they would reach out to me because I wanted to trade it in. Robert Fowler from Tom Denchel reached out to me and at first was very nice. He proceeded to send me multiple stock profiles of vehicles to look at so they weren't even the actual cars I'd be seeing at the dealer. He sent me multiple in a row, not even giving me a chance to respond to him. He also emailed me and called me. I stopped responding because I found another vehicle at a different dealership and was very turned off by how pushy Robert was being. He then texted me again asking if I wanted to come in to look at a vehicle I told him I liked, I didn't respond, then he texted me again saying he hoped he didn't upset me. At this point, I blocked his number. The next day, he proceeded to email me again, and text and call me from a different number. I felt this was very uncalled for and very pushy and borderline harassment. I emailed him back telling him to stop contacting me. I felt as though if a potential customer isn't responding to you that they are no longer interested and to not continue speaking with them and try to push a vehicle sale. I'm not sure if this is how all salesman are at this dealership, but I do not recommend them from this experience. I felt harassed and no other dealers that reached out to me treated me this way. I will be contacting their office to tell them what happened.

The team here is top notch customer service! 👏👏👏They had me covered from the second I called. They even stayed hours late to make sure I could come after work so I wouldn’t have to wait until the following day, as I live 6 hours away. They went above and beyond to get me this best deal.
