This dealership takes care of its customers better than any dealership I've seen. Certainly better than any other one Hermiston I've dealt with. I didn't even purchase my 2020 Chevrolet silverado 3500hd from them (they didn't have a high country in stock when I was buying). Yet they still treat me great and take excellent care of my pickup. They even picked me up to get my pickup after they worked on it. I would definitely recommend them.

1. I had left 3 messages with the service department to have someone return my call so I could schedule an appointment for a oil change and fuel filter change on my 07 Silverado Duramax 2500HD and no one ever got back to me that day, I believe it was Friday March 25th. I finally talked to someone on Monday March 28th and scheduled an appointment. 2. I had to pay $425.69 for oil change, fuel filter change and a new air filter. I do realize that costs on pretty much everything now days has risen but to pay this much for the 3 services mentioned above is outrageous!! I will be shopping around the next time my pickup needs serviced.

I was having problems with my windshield wiper (on the driver side) before they even opened for the day and I stopped by hoping that someone would be there to help me. Bret stopped what he was doing and helped me out 👍🏾👍🏾THANK YOU. Before they even opened for the day he got the tools himself (I don't think he is one of their mechanics) and fixed my wiper for my and did it all with no charge and a smile so I could get going to work. Thank you again Bret for the excellent service.

Everyone we interacted with at Sherrell Chevrolet was knowledgeable and respectful which made for a wonderful buying experience from beginning to end. Jeff, worked with us from the start and he was very good about finding out all the information we were asking for. He was prompt in getting back to us via email, text, or phone. Additionally, there was no pressure placed on us at any time. We will keep Sherrell in mind for future GM related purchases.
