In 6 years I've only been here 2 times. The first time to get the glass on my phone replaced. I also bought a super expensive metal screw down phone protection case. Guarenteed to break the case before the screen would even show a scratch, waterproof,and heavy duty. And if it did break, they'd replace the glass and the case on them. Less that 8 hours it, it had slid off my couch onto tile floor, broke the glass on my phone and not a scratch on the case. When I called to take the phone back I was told I was at fault, l must have tampered with it, that it was impossible for that to happen. That I must have opened the case, or done something else for it to fall out. Even with a witness and video, that they refused to look at they still accused me of lieing about what happened, and insisted It was my fault so it didnt get replaced like they said. Down a phone and had to buy a new one. 2nd time.Recently got a crack and a little webbing on the glass. Needed an estimate for repair. Over $400 for a Galaxy Note 10+ glass only replacement, no digitizer, no back glass. I can buy a new Note 10+ for under $300. When i emailed back after getting my quote for glass$$(asking about unlocked devices they had)| No one ever contacted me. "Figure they probably never will.

I have never complained about a local business on any form of social media. I’ve always saw it as a bit bias and non-productive. But, i have arrived at an impasse with CellFix of hermiston. On March 22, CellFix repaired my son’s cellphone, that he legitimately broke. They charged me $309.99 for the repair which was a fair price that included a new screen and a new battery (he has an iPhoneX). 2 weeks ago, some lines came up on the right side of the screen. Upon closer observation after taking off the protective case, it was clear that the glass screen hadn’t been glued properly, 2 corners were “lifting up” with approx 40% of the screen being flexibly depressable around the edges. The LCD, which is part of the screen that was replaced and attached to the glass, had cracked. I took the phone back to cell fix, they very quickly informed me that it wasn’t under warranty because the LCD was cracked. Now, I’m no engineer, but, i am smart enough to know that when the screen isn’t installed correctly and the corners lift causing a surface that is supposed to be glued down and flat to bend in essentially 4 different directions…that may cause the fragile LCD that is directly underneath to CRACK. I was told i had to pay an additional $209.97 to have it replaced a 2nd time. They were adamant that it wasn’t their responsibility even though they did admit they didn’t glue the screen on correctly the first time, but it “wasn’t their problem”. I have so little faith in this business that my wife’s phone screen cracked last week, i went in today and bought her a new iPhone 12. The last time i took my personal phone in, i cleared all the tabs, when i got it back their were tabs open that should not have been open, including the photos tab. The last thing i want is go my phone to be snooped though, let alone my wife’s phone.

Horrible service. I took my phone in to get the microphone replaced. Everything else worked fine but when I got it back it glitched super bad and wouldn't let me into apps and would keep restarting after a couple of minutes. Now the phone is unusable and I tried to get a refund but they are trying to give me only half of what I paid not even a full refund. They said they can't do anything about it and now I am left without a phone. Would not recommend going here to get a phone fixed. They just leave it worse than how you bring it. It got "board issues" after I took it in to get the mic fixed. The phone worked perfectly fine other than the microphone. And the time you spent was for your mistake. You couldn't fix it so the least you could do was give a refund. You should really be giving me a new phone for the one you messed up. I never write reviews but this experience was too frustrating.
