Sometimes they are very polite and try to be very helpful and other times they are rude and seem like they couldn't give a damn about your problems. Some people have rough situations so whether they can help you or not they could at least pretend to be a little sympathetic and understanding of your problem because not everyone is trying to take advantage of the system. Some people really do need the help.

Staff are rude and they take forever to call you or send you a letter not my favorite place to go but don't really have a choice
