So, first off I read other reviews and a few state that Stephanie was very helpful and amazing which has me thinking that it was just a bad day for her today. She had a little bit of attitude with me and my mom. She wasn't very helpful when I asked her if she could write down the pricing of possible new plan. I'm not sure what was said between my mom and her since it was over the phone she went into the back room to talk to my mom which I thought was weird. I came back later after I decided to just do the replacement phone since I had insurance. Jesse was the one mainly helping me with that part. He was very helpful and kind. He guided me through each step. Once, I did all the steps to getting my replacement phone I asked about the sim card if I can come in once my phone gets delivered if they could put my old sim card in the new phone for me and she suggested I just use an earring to take it out. I tried that tonight which I was not successful with. It seems a bit odd to not offer to help do that and suggest to use an earring to get a sim card out. I never had that going to any AT&T store where they refuse to help and sugguest an earring to get a sim card out. I guess I will be going to the Tri-Cities from now on.

went into office to have 3g phone activated and no one waited on me and after an hour I left-waste of time, do not use ATT for anything....

Christina and Stephanie have been the BEST employees that I have had contact with in the at and t store in Hermiston. They go above and beyond to help each customer and they will do what’s needed to solve a customer’s problem or issue. I have never had such amazing customer service! Every business should be as lucky to have employees like them!’n

Me: "Are there any hidden fees?" Associate: "only a 30 dollar activation fee plus a month of service at 65 dollars and insurance on the phone at 15 dollars a month." Me: "heres 30 dollars for the activation fee and 30 dollars towards the upcoming bill. My next upcoming bill should be 50 dollars, correct?" Associate: "yes sir that is correct." My bill was $100 with plenty of hidden fees. Snakes.
