My children are on OHP and because of this, this office will not allow me to make an appointment for my child. They require that OHP patients be put on a standby appointment system. Where when other people (with better insurance) cancel their appointment, they will fill the gaps in the schedule with OHP patients. The problem with this, is I live an hour away and I couldn't make the appointments they they were trying to make for my children. Through the process, I tried for 6 months to get my children an appointment. When I started to push harder and demand an appointment, the staff became rude and their manager even hung-up on me. We live in a world where all mankind is fighting for  equality, besides for OHP patients. I called to report discrimination based on insurance and this clinic claims that because people on OHP often lose their insurance a year later, they will not allow them to make an appointment. Evidently, treating patients differently based on insurance, is an acceptable practice of business.

Just moved to the area, new job, new insurance that led me to Lifetime Vision Source. Was referred to Dr Drotzmann. Although it took a few week to get in, I was put on a priority list and they got me in sooner. Great people, great doctor, girl that helped me with new glasses was very knowledgeable. Prices were about the same as my previous doctor. Learned the hard way that you get what you pay for when I went cheap! I would recommend.

Just had my annual visit today. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I was checked in and taken back to the room before I ever sat down. During my visit, there was a man in the office being very vulgar, swearing at the pregnant young lady trying to help him, and all of the staff were very respectful and responsive. The lady assisting me, made sure I was ok, and apologized. I was very impressed with how they all responded, and continued to be respectful and professional. Thank you Lifetime Vision! Can't wait to get my new glasses!!

This office is efficient AND extremely friendly! My contact prescription is excellent and they were very willing to work with me on getting just the right contacts for my eyes. There have been many times that I have gone to an eye doctor and they have taken me in right on time, however their staff was extremely slow which made the appointment very long. The staff here is very efficient and accurate so you can get in and out. I would highly recommend this Clinic to anyone for their accuracy, friendliness, and timeliness.
