The drivers for this branch are notorious for placing obviously precious and sometimes expensive packages at the front door without knocking. Do they not understand that people steal things? It's just a few feet away to the back door where packages would be much more secure. I know these drivers wouldn't leave their own packages at the front door of their own houses. I give this place 2 stars because the workers inside the building are very nice and helpful. The drivers need to provide better customer service and they need to treat packages like they would their own.

Driver refused to deliver package instead marked "held at office customer requested" when I never requested that, of course I paid you to deliver it to me so thats what i expect. Got a phone call from a rude woman and she told me the carrier might deliver it tomorrow if she feels like it.

Awesome staff. The first clerk did not know exactly how to solve my issue so found the person that they knew could help. And they figured out what I needed to do to get my mail to the right place. We had become homeless and needed to make sure mail got sent where it needed to.

They keep losing my checks / settlements / important government mail. It’s always something with the mail. Always putting my neighbors mail in my box and I have to stick it in their door for them . I’ve seen other peoples checks on the ground by the boxes. The most janky drivers always seen deliver in my neighborhood.
