Before I started coming here for issues with my back, so many times, I had heard my doctor say, "there are 50 people walking around right now with your symptoms." When I started coming to Pinnacle, I discovered they don't care about those other 50 people, they are only focused on what's going in my body, and how I'm feeling. They don't just go through the motions with your treatment, but they listen to everything you tell them and come up with a plan tailored just for you. They truly want you to get better, and will do everything they can to help you. I also discovered that I am more than just my condition. Everyone is so nice and take the time to get to know you as a person. I have been to other clinics and the only thing the therapist said to me was, "do this 10 times, do this 15 times." At Pinnacle, they provide a pleasant and engaging environment. The staff are not just nice because you are a client, but because they are all truly nice people. The most important way they help is by educating people to what is happening in their body, and that helped me understand why I was in pain, get over my fear of being touched, and helped me trust them and the process. I don't trust anybody else with my body. I have been to many different therapy clinics in Columbia, West Columbia, and Lexington, but Pinnacle is the best, without a doubt. It's physical therapy...but you don't want to leave.

My experience at Pinnacle Physical Therapy has been great! I was very anxious about going through physical therapy for the first time but my surgeon picked the perfect place… The atmosphere is so inviting and makes you feel right at home. Everyone is so nice and professional from the front desk to the PTs. If you’re looking for a new PT location, look no further!

I would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone in need of physical therapy. The staff is friendly, professional, and very attentive to their customers. Great facility and equipment, like working out at the gym. Kasey and Blaise worked together to evaluate and develop an exercise program to improve my condition after total knee replacement. Enjoyed working with Blaise. Completely satisfied with the results of my physical therapy.

Pinnacle Physical Therapy and Personal Training | Dec 6, 2021

Physical therapy is a medical, hands-on approach to relieving pain and restoring function. Physical therapists are medical experts in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and work closely with physicians. Our physical therapists evaluate your movement patterns, identify the cause of your pain, and work to eliminate it. While every patient's condition and pain is unique, your physical therapist will use a variety of gentle hands-on techniques, exercises, and equipment to relieve pain quickly and restore your function to optimum levels. The overall goal is to restore pain-free mobility and function and to prevent the injury or pain from recurring.
