Richland Marriage Licenses

I usally don't post unless I really have to. I work for the richland county school district and I love helping people by referring them to the appropriate place or to give them the right number if they call me by mistake. I felt embarrass when I gave the number to this lady from out of state and then I called to double check (getting it online) for her to get a copy of her marriage license and the only response was to leave a message? This is terrible! If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would.

Do not believe that this actually exists. Everything I see on Richland county says they close at 4:45 p.m. . It has to be notarized and presented at a probate court the probate Court closes at 4:45. If somebody has anything to say about this being real please post it
