I live here currently and continuously telling them about my stove and fridge how long its been messed up and told us they would replace it. Never came and checked back on it or replaced it. I give up calling and receiving the same answer “oh they will check on it and we will replace it we we will send someone out.” These are new people that took over and raised the prices sky high because they are renovating which I understand but prices before were better anyways. The prices in the neighborhood are not as high as this one. Cant wait to move out of here !

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I have only been living here for a month 1/2 and Gabby has been handling my move in and contract VERY POORLY!, the day before i was supposed to move in, i messaged her to check in to make sure we were still good for me to move in at 3:00, she calls me and tells me shes sorry she forgot to tell me there were some vacant issues with the current resident. ( i signed the contract to this apartment a month before) Then once we fought for them to move me in to a different one, she tells me i dont have to pay the power the first few days because it needs to be inspected before my name is put on the account/ bill and they would take care of the power bill those first few days. NOW shes telling me I owe for those first few days and that she never told me they would cover it. Also for the trouble for my move in she told me i only had to pay $450 for the first months rent. which was also put on the contract. then she tells me the pet fee is not included in that $450 and I owe for that. I told her she needs to be very clear of what needs to be paid in the contracts. I had to tell her twice I had a cat to make sure there was no miscommunication there. and she still didnt put I have a cat on my contract. As long as she is working there i do NOT recommend living here!

Fairview Village Apartments are a great place the live and restart your live, for you and your family. The buildings are storage and the walls are thick. The furnaces and water heaters are fairly new. You can not hear your neighbors conversations and you neighbors can not hear yours witch gives you a layer of privacy that most new apartments do not have. With in 2.5 miles away from Fairview Village Apartments you have Major shopping opportunities ; a gym for all, 2 grosser stores , The post office The Court house, Uptown that gives you that small town appeal, 3 car washes , 2 ABC stores incase friends or family roll in to Town. and fast Food any way you like it. Car repair shops on Main St. and major Dealerships all with in 2.5 miles. YEAH I'M STAYING

Why is the girl in the office so unfriendly ALLLLL the time? It's like you are bothering her if you come in. Apartment is okay and most neighbors are friendly but there is a lot of crime in the area and the office doesn't care.
