Worst experience I had a while ago. I tried to exchange a pair of shoes and the lady in the cashier was sooooooo rude. Like soooo rude. She was asking for the receipt but I lost it. I told her nicely if I can gave her my number because that was the cashier did when i returned a pair Of shoe before in Ross and she was able to pull my record. And I ask her nicely and she just kept on sayin I need the receipt. She is rude. And the fact that she is the manager. Coz she told me she is the manager. And I ask her if could not exchnge the shoe because I don't have the receipt even if the the price tag is still there...she Rudely said the NO to my face.This is my first time to encounter a lady from the store with a rude attitude.
