Worst pizza of my life! Baking pizza in an 800 degree oven should not result in glue like dough. The bottom crust was not cooked and the dough under the toppings was uncooked (raw) and very wet. Further, the dough was not fluffy and light, but very dense. This is the result of using packaged dough , overproofed and handled far too much. It is impossible to get this quality of pizza from a quality wood burning oven. To make matters worse, when I mentioned my concern to the staff, no offers were made to resolve the issue. In the end, I wasted $75 . Far too much money for poor quality pizza. I will never return. By the way, I gave one star because I could not give zero. Save your money as well as you time.
