I am very disappointed. I have never had this experience from a florist before. I placed an order on Friday to be delivered this morning at 10. However the order was cancelled and I received emailed at 11:55 with a reason of "unavailability of your specified florist". So, I tried to contact them for an explanation of why they did not contact me earlier so I could make other arrangements. No answer. I am sorry that is poor business. Now I have to contact another florist to have my request taking care by today.

They don't complete orders, and they don't answer the phone when you call to ask about it! What kind of business are they running??

I ordered flowers for my mom , but I got a text on Friday the day they’re supposed to be delivered, that my order was cancelled I’ve tried calling the establishment but got no answer. I am very dissatisfied in this facility and will never order anything from this establishment again.
