This unit had no sense of standard that cookout standards for. I've eaten at multiple locations from ga-va and this newly opened unit is the worst! The equipment doesn't work so they can't hear you in drive thru. The staff is unsuitable to provide assistance for issues and the management team acts as if wrong orders are no big mistakes. As I was describing my issue I was told stop talking just give me a receipt. I threw my food in the trash when I got it back and went somewhere as. I will share with everyone. Avoid this place it's not worth the ground it sits on!
