🚫Beware reader🚫 Don't RENT THIS APARTMENT!✋⛔ I have lived here for almost two years and last night my car was towed without any notification from the office or anything and I had to pay over $300. I will be moving out here on 2 weeks and I can't wait. Keeping in mind there is construction going on and no parking is available (see pictures attach). Persons are left to park everywhere. If you don't want to have your car towed find a near by apartment. I wish I read these reviews before I moved here. You have been warned. This place is not worth it at all.

***Renters beware*** Weeks before moving into my apartment I went elsewhere for the following reasons: I was so excited as the unit they show is so nice. Good price compared to others in this area….. First off read the fine print … on everything… I had a feeling the price was too good to be true. Strongly suggest to walk around the complex . The spider comment is 100% accurate…. If they are charging people pest control there is NO WAY this property has been treated in months, and we all know what spiders eat…. Other insects. Definitely have an infestation going on here.….. parking was horrible….There is trash covering the halls which was gross that people in this complex have no respect at all. Maintenance must be horrible as even the elevators were trashed, hallways covered in spiderwebs almost as if it was Halloween decor. Regardless if they are short staffed up there is no reason why there is NO ONE TO ever talk to a person in the office. I was tired of going back and forth via email went down to the office to find the doors locked thought they might be on a tour waited 1 hour and called the office number multiple times. You work hard for your money and for price and “atmosphere” of this place it’s a solid no. This property management needs some revision and to check out their reviews.

I've been living here about 2 1/2 years. Used to be kept up pretty nice but ever since the new management it has gone completely downhill and is consistently getting worse. Old management used to at least pretend to care and it's a pretty quiet community only reason it's not getting 1 star but new management is running the complex into the ground I planned on staying here until I bought a house but this new management has definitely thrown a wrench in my plans smh I literally hate moving but I pay way too much for this little apartment for management to be running things like we're living I a cheap area 😡

Great complex, love the scenery and trails next to the property. The ladies in the office are beyond sweet. Very helpful and available at all times. Inside the apartment is all new appliances and the hardwood floors are even color coordinated with the rest of the apartment (other places not so much). I have a lot of clothes and the closets are very spacious. Absolutely love the garden sized tub as well as the fact that they have a cleaning crew that cleans the staircases and elevators outdoors. Worth every cent! So glad Garett from smart city recommended this place to me!
