I have called CCPW 12 times over the past two months because they failed to pick up a gigantic orange couch and boxes on Crisp Street. Let me repeat I have called 12 times. Each time, I left my address, phone number, location and description of items. No one has resolved this or called me back. There is a huge pile of garbage at the end of my driveway and the neighbors have been complaining. ..only that, they will not give me the name of a person who I can talk to about getting policies changed about using someone else's truck (out of state) to dump it myself. My Dad is in SC and would help, but they won't let me go and dump it (even though I can prove residency). Am I supposed to buy a truck? There is NO ONE RESPONDING and NO ONE TO TALK TO and this is a highly unacceptable use of my tax dollars as a citizen of this county.

I called in about a pothole on my street. I spoke with Gwen, and she was so nice and took all of the information and 2 days later it was fixed Your AWESOME Gwen!!!!

Absolutely horrible to deal with. Pickup schedules are not kept, supervisors go home early. I wish I could give a no star review.
