I have never lived in a mobile park but if I had to it would not be here. This neighborhood is so run down looking. They have a sign that states no pets but I saw several dogs on people porches and yard space. The lots # are confusing and the entrance is very deceiving. Once you reach the middle and back trailers you waft to hit the gas and get out of there. I was doing a marketplace pickup and I was praying my way out of there. If this is the best you can do then it is what it is but if you have a choice and other options then you will be in agreement with this review. God bless 🙌 🙏

Nice quiet neighborhood, Roads need repair bad

We've lived here for a few months now and it's a quiet neighborhood. We moved here to escape the city noise and other than the occasional train going by it's very quiet. The traffic in the area isn't bad either. Some homes have ramps for wheelchairs, others don't. Neighborhood has security cameras and monitors the activity in the park well.

There are camper sites, but very uneven pads and short. Getting a car AND your rig on the spot will be tight, if at all.... I don't work there, but attempted to park an RV there, myself. Results weren't great.

They almost always have 1 bedroom trailers available. The problem is that they're VERY overpriced and infested. Raw sewage and backed up drains inside homes are a daily issue, as well.
