I will NEVER come back to this establishment. If you’re looking for something to waste your time and lie to you this is the place. Kendall is the most RUDE manager ever !!!!!! , talked to me like I was dumb . Don’t waste your time coming here . They messed my car up 2 months ago and I had to come back, because of a poor job they did . SMHHH!!! They preformed a service I didn’t even authorized for my vehicle, until I found out when I paid !!! . They wasted no time to refund me my money instead of trying to find a solution. Don’t EVER come here . If I could give no start I would. Don’t lie to customers and get their hopes up ! SMH Kendall was the only manager that was rude to me . I’m a HUMAN BEING not a doormat .

We were traveling through the area when we hit a pot hole and received a flat. Many of the tire shops in the area didn't have our tire. Orlando helped us out in a pinch and got us back on our way quickly. Thank you again!

Unsure of how to rotate tires, they used no cross method on a 4x4. When I asked why they were an auto shop and didn’t know how to perform a rotation. Jordan said “oh we definitely do”. But then proceeded to do it the correct way. Then when I was waiting to pay because they’d just took the truck off the lift. Kendall told me to move from in front of his desk because he was about to call a customer (he never did). Told him I’d be adding that to the review and he said,”because I asked you to move so I could talk to a customer?” He started laughing. I said you know what else is funny is that a tire shop doesn’t know how to perform a tire rotation. He said “OK” Really can’t consider bringing my vehicle here ever again just for safety’s sake and I paid for a lifetime alignment. Very sad.
