We bought our dream home from Jane & Jill. But then we still needed to put our existing home on the market with some urgency. Jane & Jill took charge and got us an excellent price in very short order. Excellent work.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Jill. I also worked with her mother, Jane. They helped us get our dream home in this crazy housing market. They listened and took care of us through the entire process. I had doubts that we would even get a home, in Alameda because of the low inventory, especially in our price range, but it all worked out thanks to Jill’s hard work with our entire family. She never gave up on us, if it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t be in our new home. I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else. I have the utmost respect for Jill and the realtor company she works with.

The goal is to make your home as appealing as possible to the most potential buyers, before photos of your home are taken. Staging your home can include anything from redecorating to rearranging furniture, cleaning or other aesthetic strategies to present the home in the best possible light. If someone is selling a home that needs repairs - yet chooses not to fix them - they may choose to list a property as-is. Disclosures and inspections are typical steps in the process. In an as-is sale, a buyer is willingly purchasing the home in its current state with full knowledge of its condition.

Sharing particular information when connecting with a real estate agent can help give you an idea of your home’s value in today’s market. The in-person expertise of a real estate agent will give you a more accurate opinion of your home’s value.
