This place is open for the public and it is open from 11:00 to 12:00 they give out plates or food bag foods and they also have help for light bills or needy families that need you financial help

Actually food pantries generally need cash/monetary donations more than food items. They typically have the ability to buy bulk goods at a much more affordable cost than civilians, and their employees know what they are short on, so they don't end up with 1500 cans of cream style corn and green beans, and can provide more appropriately for their specific demographic.
I don't work there but their schedule is Food distribution mon. 9-1 Tue. 9-1 wed. closed sowing seeds only thur. 9-1 fri. 9-1
I believe Monday for cans, Tuesday for meat
Well I only been there once and I know for 1 person the sowing seed is $1.50 and for 2 person is like $2.50 so on. Proof of address and a valid ID and proof of income.
