Many of our window treatments are great for sun control and energy efficency. But one of the best options are honeycomb or cellular shades. They are white on the outside help to reflect or reject the sun. The honeycomb shade on the pleats is strategically designed so that when hot or cold air comes in "honeycomb" hollow area of the shade, it dissipates or neutralizes the air so that it is not as hot or cold. You can also select honeycombs with single or double cell pleats which allows more protection with the double layers of material. Choosing a room darkening material will also increase the energy efficiency of the shades.

Our Design Consultants help you choose the best window treatments for your needs and decor, we professionally measure and give you a free estimate. If you decide to do your project with us, once your custom window treatments arrive, our experienced installers come out and install the finished product.
We have 2 showrooms to visit. We have a showroom in Statesville at 320 Signal Hill Drive, Statesville, NC 28625 which is open from 10:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday. We also have a showroom in the Southern Heritage Home Furniture store on the 4th floor of the Hickory Furniture Mart.
