Way to long! They told me to come back at 1:15.. I did just that. Two rolls around then 3 and I informed the person at the desk my apt was 1:15. They said that was just check in time and so waited four hours to be seen . Letting people with better insurance go on front of medium class people smh!

Was visiting from out of town and was exposed to Covid at a party and needed to get a test done before I could return home and they were more than happy to help. This location seems to be extremely busy but that isn’t a negative or bad thing. The person at the desk when you arrive was extremely personable and friendly! My interactions with the person who put me into a room and did at my vital signs and asked all the medical questions was amazing also and so was the dr I saw. My son lives there so I would use them again if I needed medical attention that they could provide! Beyond a wonderful experience and was surprised by how phenomenal everyone I came into contact with was! These days it seems like nice friendly people is a thing of the past sadly!

Got here at 2pm to try and have my daughter seen. Got told "we don't have any visits left today but you can come back tomorrow." Only 1 person was in the waiting room at that time. Never been told this at any urgent care before.
