Design was spot on for my slasher/horror drip cake. However, it tasted horrible! It was very dry and not moist. I asked for buttercream because I love the taste of super soft buttercream, but it was very stiff! I wanted to cry, noone liked the cake and I spent 75 dollars! Furthermore, it was like 3 tier cake 9' no way that was enough for 10 people. I stated I wanted a cake big enough for 10 people 3-4 slices each. When i cut the cake everyone got such a small slice maybe the tiers were supposed to make up for that? But we're cake lovers had it been a good cake id still be annoyed with the suggested sizing, which I agreed. But everything worked out had to throw the cake out. Will never buy from this place again, sorry.

This was my first time using Ally &Eloise. I needed a vegan baker for a family gathering. Ordering was easy and the turnaround time was great. I went to pick the cake up. All was well. I secured the cake and got home. When I opened it the cake had fallen apart. I was devasted and there were only a few hours before the party. I called the bakery bake to let them know what happened and they jumped into action. The owner both remade and delivered the new cake in time to save the day! It was extremely kind and the cake was delicious. I would definitely recommend using them and will use their services again. Thank you Ally & Eloise!
