They have not come and got the trash on the EINTIRE STREET this is almost a week now. We pay full price for service just to not get our reminders, attitudes from customer service or rerouted to another state, little to no service, a lot of missed/ pick ups with no explanation of why or what's going on. Wouldn't recommend to anyone just not worth it.

Been using this company for a little over a month and have yet to have pickup at one house in Gilbert and sporadic pickups at two others. When you call the line is either busy or they route your call to the branch in NC and they will tell you that they are short staffed and will pick up tomorrow. The next day comes, still not picked up, you call again, they say the next day, the next day comes and well, you get the picture ...

This place doesn’t deserve any stars! HORRIBLE! I’m confused as to why this place hasn’t been replaced by another company, because I’m sure EVERYONE would jump with excitement. I don’t know where to begin..either you’re waiting on hold for hours just to get hung up on, they are somehow messing up what’s supposed to be a set price quarterly, or they just don’t pick up your trash at all. And let me not forget they actually go through your trash. I guess I can use the phrase I hate this place since it’s not an actual human being. I’m just disgusted with this company.

consistently fail to pick up trash or recycling. often this isc"planned" yet they still charge for as ifcthey didnt skip pickups. customer servicecis normally rude and clearly hate thier jobs. will promise to fix mistakes but never do or never call back...effects of a monopoly at work...
