I've bought flooring from LL 4 times, most recently at the Christmas 2017 sale, and got the advertised sale price. I asked to delay pickup for a month, and they agreed...I go to pick it up today. If you need the flooring immediately, it may be that they don't have the full amount of the flooring you want in stock right then, but they will get it for you at the price you buy it at in relatively short time. You need to be flexible some times..just like getting a "rain check". I've never been up-sold , but they will tell you which flooring may be better than others for your particular application and I appreciate that.They are the experts.
I beleive they have a list of approve sub contractor that they use to install their flooring. LL does warranty their work
