Great home with great amenities!!! Whole Lennar team from our purchase to closing could not have been better! We have been here now for 2 1/2 years and could not be happier! We feel like we live in a 5-star resort! We have met some great people since we moved and are glad we did. Just to reiterate again, the Lennar team was great from the time we signed our contract until we moved in 11/7/2019. Our sales person Kathy Ferdinando could not have been more helpful. We moved from NJ and she constantly kept us informed about the progress of our home including picture during the build. I highly recommend Bridgewater at Viera!!!

Not at this time, however because this is a new and developing hoa you can always see if other owners would like a garden in the community and that is how things happen. If you are an owner, and speak with the other owners for a garden or any other idea for the property you then bring that idea to the hoa and discuss it.So many possibilities!! If I can be of any help just let me know
You can put a flagpole in front of your house. Not sure about height but I have seen flagpoles here.

My understanding is that they vary by model and maybe by section. Reduced HOAs apply until amenities are fully built out. Sales can give you specifics.
