Beautiful gated community for 55 year olds and up. They have a huge clubhouse for events. They also have their own golf course! The lawns and bushes are completely taken care of for you. The homes are big and beautiful. They have huge beautiful pools and lots of activities for the community all of the time. Wish I could live there now but I have another 30 years before I could move in haha.

IRCC is an over-55 golf-course country club community with an 80% retired military and 20% civilian population. It has lots of amenities and activities and a fabulous house maintenance plan.

Maintenance fees are based on the square footage of the home, not on the selling price.
How many grandchildren are allowed
Prices are lower than the surrounding area. Maintenance fees are around 1,000 a month but contact 5 star realty to get the whole picture. Unlike any community you will find. More activities, many wonderful people. You need to see it to believe it.
Please give us a call and we'll be happy to answer your question. (321) 255-6000
Around $900. It includes many services that you usually have to do or find someone to do. You should contact the real estate office and see available homes
Not necessarily retired military. Approximately 80% are either retired military, veterans, and other federal employees like NOAA, FBI, CIA ,NSA, etc. Non-military/non-federal (civilians as you call them) not to exceed 20% according to bylaws and deed restrictions.
Not to public..ircc is a private country club. But, you can get a non resident membership! Contact the office for details.
Hello Anne, Per our Deed of Restrictions guest are not allowed beyond 60 days.
You'd need to call the main office
Sorry, but I am not sure what security code you are speaking of. Can you explain?
We did very well, all operations were in place, maintenance team on hand and busy and Admin phones were answered to concerned family members. As far as damage went, anything that was possible to be fixed by our own Maintenance team, it was handled promptly, as always here in our community. All were safe and secure, our primary concern. And, as always, we provided support and guidance for insurance claims and our "Approved Contractors" for IRCC gave our member priority, especially for roof damage.
