do not use this company for your flooring if you are a female. they told me they were selling me locking flooring and gave me something that isn't locking and now refuse to refund me because its my fault and I did not do the instillation properly when my father is a flooring guy and he was teaching me how to do this. they took weeks to answer and give information and this morning they told me that its my fault and will not be solving the issue

They run their sales usually on holidays. Just like other stores. If not in stock in the store your shopping they may get it from another LL store. I dont think they would give you a rain check because in that flooring prices are on the increase. We do business with them daily. If it's on back order, you maybe waiting up to 90 days . I would suggest if out of stock ..purchase it and lock in the price, but you may be waiting awhile to get it.
