This place had me "banned" for what? I picked up cigarette butts and actually picked up all the liter there was outside. This place is horrible. Terrible maintenance. The man can't even do his job properly to the point you wanna do it yourself. Like how the sink was dripping and he sprayed it to " fix" it. Come-on now ? The management is rude. When there is people here who actually do not care. But me ? I did when I shouldn't have. All I can say is hope the BBB doesn't get called. Good luck to you all. Lol.

Honestly, take your money somewhere else. There’s never anyone in the office to answer the phone, the voicemail is always full. Most apartments are full of bedbugs, they will not keep up with your paperwork and will charge you late fees for no reason. Only one maintenance man to take care of the whole property, really sad. Save yourself a headache!

They took down my post.. Where do I begin. Yesterday I signed a lease to move in here and upon doing so the leasing agent told me there was no bugs here. As I was in the process of moving my things in there was roaches crawling around in daylight. As I went to the office emotionally crying to see if they would resolve the issue she had texted/ called the maintenance man to “fix” the problem saying it’s not usual to see/have bugs. On the first night not only was there an infestation of roaches but apparently they have bed bugs too ( pictures attached) I’m highly upset disappointed on top of others (not to mention allergic to bugs/Benadryl doesn’t work when I get bit I have to take steroids because of health problems, I’m disabled) in the lies and deceit just to get money from consumers from businesses like this. It’s the weekend I have nowhere to stay nor was I able to get anything resolved. I’ll be losing out on my money and properties that I worked hard to get because of the infestation and the wrongly misleading information. Please help me fight back for justice.

None of the windows are supposed to open as that it a fire hazard. If a fire were to happen in the hallway, opening a window would cause a draft crafting a dangerous path for the fire to spread.
Idk I'm wondering myself I'm not from around here.
Go to the office and fill out an application
There are sprinklers all through out the building! From apartments & hallways.
No it is not it is affordable living.
I think there maybe, if so I don't think it will be long..
Hi there Cassandra, These buildings are truly unique in their architecture, aren't they?? The history of these buildings date from 1882 into the 1940's. They originated as The Oneida Cotton Mills and Scott-Mebane Manufacturing Complex. In their early histories, the mill and manufacturing company were both associated with Lynn Banks Holt, who was a son of Edwin Michael "E. M."Holt, a textile pioneer in North Carolina. A chain link fence divides the property lines and distinguishes each historical area from the other. We think the architectural history of these homes are really neat, so we wanted to pass that info onto you! -The Live Well Team
Not sure, but I know they have an awesome layout, and security for the residents. They have a community club house that has everything; a kitchen, computers, books, etc. My girlfriend lives there and had her son's birthday party at the clubhouse it's a great lil' community.
Its okay
