Their crab corn bisque is hands down one of my favorite foods downtown. It's delicious!! I've tried lots of their food and everything is so good.

We hustled down from our room as we noticed, online, that they close at 9pm. Walked in the door around 8:10 pm. From across the room, waitress greats us, tells us that we can head back to a booth of our choice, and pull up the menu on our phones, adding that, "our kitchen closes at 8:30, so you'll need to order quickly." There was only one table seated in the restaurant and what appeared to be a single guest at the bar. No thanks.

We visited this place today for the 1st time. When I called to make a reservation I was told no reservation was needed as we could just walk in. Then the person told me to park at the Westin in self parking and they would validate the parking ticket, so I did as I was instructed. We ordered our food and we all ordered the who-dat special which came with fried fish and shrimp, fries, coleslaw and crawfish critters. I replaced the fries with red beans and rice. We alos ordered spinch dip and a wild strawberry walnut salad. To be honest the red beans and rice, spinach dip, salad and shrimp were good! The fish is where the food took a turn for the worst. The fish had more crust than fish. When I told the waitress about the fish she went got the manager and as soon as he got to the table he said I'm not exchanging it and walked off. Now if this is a so called New Orleans restaurant the fish should be the best thing on the menu and it was absolutely 💯% horrible and the managers attitude matched 😒. I don't know if it was the color of our skin or what but his mind was made up before he got to the table and seen the fish. No customer service skills what so ever, no wonder there was only us and another table there. I will never visit this place again. There are way to many Nola inspired restaurants in DFW metroplex with way better fish and way better customer servicer. I wouldn't waste my time or money 💸💸💸 if I were you! To top it off when I left with a validated ticket, I still had to pay $5 for parking.

IDK, I have had business lunches. The food and service were ok, but not N.O. special if you know what I mean.

The place is very spacious. Tables are marked. The host wipes down every table after use. They are wearing mask. It's a beautiful establishment and I'm glad I dined in there. I felt very safe.
