Great place to go get a quick bite to eat. Used to go here with my Dad all the time. Now I am taking g my daughter and making new memories. Really recommend this as a great place for lunch

I'm not able to go up and down stairs, and use a cane most of the time. I was trying to exit the building, since none of the businesses were open today, when some guy who was mopping started yelling at me because I couldn't go down the stairs to avoid where he was about to mop. It is absolutely basic manners to not walk where someone is mopping, and I will take reasonable steps to do so. But he hadn't even mopped there yet, I can't do stairs anymore, and the escalators were turned off. What am I supposed to do? Fly? You need to either make this place more ADA compliant or have your staff stop yelling at people for not being able to take the stairs.

Most places inside close for the weekend. Absolutely gorgeous building with great architecture! I wish I could have taken more photos but the security and staff here seem to be pretty strict! Within the first one minute of being here with my phone out I was told very sternly that "we don't do that here" when it comes to photographs. If it was during the work week I could possibly understand but this was a Saturday when 99% of the restaurants and businesses were closed and there was literally no one inside. Besides that it really is beautiful inside and a great place to cool off and grab some food. We were unfortunately not able to dine because they do not let you know that all of the restaurants inside are closed for the weekend! We walked around, used the restroom, got water and headed on our way. Great plaza with many restaurants and small shops and business and the back of the hotel next door Incorporated in it. Neat place we didn't even know was here! Like a hidden gem.

The plaza is very clean, quiet, and relaxed. The plaza somewhat similar to a mall but which makes it a good place to get lunch or get take-outs because of its food court and the stores inside of the plaza. Edit: I tried the Chicken Fried Rice Bowl from China Dragon ( forgot the name, not sure if I'm correct 😅) and it was delicious

No. There is an attached parking garage with a $9 (I believe) fee. There are lots adjacent to Plaza that also have a fee, but they are lower, like $5 or $6.
No. That was taken out a couple of years ago.
No just shoe shine guy, but he on the atrium level by Corner Bakery and Ensalada.
There's a lower level with lots of restaurants - pizza, delis, tacos, Asian foods, salads, and a McDonalds. There is also a Fresh, a Starbucks, a BUDA juice, a convenience store, and a few more things elsewhere in the complex.
Yes, thats the spiral ramp, its somewhat steep and may require assistance.
The Marriott and Sheraton are both nice hotels. There are pedestrian bridges that connect the hotels with the Plaza of the Americas.
It has two way to get in. One by the Skywalk level street. By car in between the two buildings will get you into their parking lot and right off their entrance, very convenient.
