This place is a joke. I made an appointment 1 week in advance to get alignment done. I went that day and the guy working said he didn't have me on schedule. Doesn't surprise me I guess since the guy on the phone sounded drunk or high. So when I get there that same guy was definitely drunk or High. People don't talk that odd and look that odd without doing something..

Not sure but they answer the phone and are a good bunch of guys and have better than fair pricing. I recomend them!! I will be going to get help figuring out a front end noise...
Check your owners manual for recommendation on your secific make and model. Typically, an alignment needs to be adjusted as suspension and/or steering components fail. Something should cause your alignment angles to change, they just don't change without cause. If you suspect your alignment is off, Hoover is a great place to have it checked out. If it turns out you don't need an alignment, they only charge a nominal fee of $20 for the assessment!
